摘要
介绍了西班牙电力系统概况,详细分析了西班牙电网风电出力占系统负荷54%的运行情况。从电源调节能力、跨国跨区互联电网与风电功率预测等方面阐明了西班牙实现较大风电消纳比例的支撑条件,为我国风电发展提供有益的借鉴。
This paper presents a brief overview of the electric power system of Spain with an in-depth analysis on the operation system of wind power,which accounts for 54% of the total power load in Spain.From the perspective of power regulation capacity,transnational and trans-regional interconnected transmission and wind power prediction,the paper expounds the supporting conditions for accommodation of a large ratio of wind power in an attempt to provide useful reference for China＇s wind power development.
