摘要 概述了抑郁发生机制的研究进展.抑郁症患者存在前额叶皮质、下丘脑、海马和杏仁核等相关脑区的功能紊乱现象,单胺递质和谷氨酸及其受体、P物质、神经肽、神经营养因子和精氨酸加压素是参与抑郁症发生的重要物质;性激素等也与抑郁症发生相关联.抑郁症患者大脑相关功能区的形态结构出现改变,前额叶皮质体积和细胞数量减少,海马结构发生改变,功能受到影响,由此揭示了抑郁症发生与神经可塑性紧密相关.抑郁症发生有着复杂的生理、病理原因,与遗传因素、机体生活的环境和个人认知等都有关系,对抑郁症的研究应综合各方面因素,从行为到分子层面揭示其发生机制. The mechanisms of depression were reviewed.It was found that dysfunction of prefrontal cortex,hypothalamus,hippocampus and amygdale occurs in patients with depression.Studies have shown that monoamine neurotransmitters,glutamate and its receptor,P substance,neuropeptides,neurotrophic factors and arginine vasopressin are all contributing factors to depression,and that sex hormone is also involved in this process.Changes in the morphology and structure of some brain regions including decreased volume and cell number of prefrontal cortex,impaired function and destruction of the hippocampus have been observed in patients with depression,indicating that neural plasticity is closely associated with depression.In summary,the mechanisms of depression is complex and a number of factors are commonly associated with depression,including individual physiological,pathological,genetic,the living environment and so on.The mechanisms of depression should be integrated from behavior to molecular level.
