间充质干细胞和基因治疗在脊柱融合中的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脊柱融合是治疗诸如感染、畸形及退行性变等脊柱疾患的重要方法,促进脊柱融合的关键是骨移植,其中自体骨是评价其他植骨材料的"金标准"。假关节的形成和取骨区的损伤促使科学家和临床医师寻找可以替代的融合材料,细胞治疗和基因治疗被引入脊柱融合的研究,本文就间充质干细胞和基因治疗在脊柱融合中的研究应用作一综述。 Spine fusion is commonly performed in patients with infective,malformed and certain degenerative spinal disorders.The key of spinal fusion is autogenous bone graft,and autograft remains the gold-standard fusion material.Pseudarthrosis and morbidity at the donor site drive scientists and clinicians to get new substitutions for autogenous bones,mesenchymal stem cell-and gene-based therapeutics were introduced in spine fusion.This paper reviewed the advances in mesenchymal stem cell-and gene-based research as well as application for spine fusion.
