摘要
本文着眼于现阶段我国医闹现象日益严重,分析政府、医疗机构、患者、媒体、职业医闹等方面的原因,提出加强公共医疗体制建设、提升医疗机构自身水平、完善法律解决途径、加大依法打击力度、发挥正确舆论导向等建议。
In view of the increases of medical disputes profiteers,the article analyzed the main causes of this phenomena form government,medical institutions,patients,mass medium and professional medical dispute profiteers.Some suggestions were provided,which included intensifying the system construction of public medical,improving the service level of medical institutions,perfecting the solving approaches by laws,cracking down the illegal behavior vigorously,giving full play to correct public opinion guiding.
