摘要
目的观察壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂应用于头颈部I类切口,在隔离创面、长效抗菌及预防伤口感染等方面的临床效果。方法将头颈部无预防性使用抗菌药物的Ⅰ类切口患者84例分为2组各42例,试验组术后切口仅喷洒今福生壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂,对照组术后切口用传统酒精消毒加盖无菌敷料。比较两组细菌检测数量。结果试验组与对照组比较,术后第1、3天的细菌检测结果无差异(P>0.05),而术后第5天的结果有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论今福生壳聚糖抗菌成膜喷剂具有长效抑制细菌生长,保护切口,促进愈合的作用,其抗感染功效优于传统换药方法。
Objective To investigate the antisepticizing, and preventing wound infection. therapeutic effect of JFS in isolating the wound, Methods The study included 84 patients with type Ⅰ surgical incision in head and neck region. No antibacterial was administrated perioperatively. JFS was administrated for 42 cases postoperatively, whereas the other 42 cases were given ethanol disinfection and sterilized dressing. The bacterial number was compared between the two groups. Results The difference in bacterial number of postoperative day 1 and day 3 between the two groups was insignificant （P 〉 0.05）, whereas that of postoperative day 5 was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion JFS is capable of antisepticising, protecting the wound, and enhancing healing the wound. Its therapeutic effect is better than the traditional methods of changing dressings.
