摘要
目的:观察CD105和CD146在肺癌组织中的表达,通过计算肺癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)值,探讨CD105和CD146在肺癌的发生、发展及预后的意义。方法:应用免疫组化法观察218例肺癌组织中CD105和CD146的表达。结果:肺癌组织中CD105和CD146的MVD值分别为18.75±4.99和24.63±4.95,明显高于正常肺组织中的8.62±2.40和7.45±2.06,P<0.01。鳞癌组织中CD105和CD146的MVD值分别为13.40±2.47和25.30±4.79,腺癌组织中为7.72±1.77和17.15±4.41;小细胞肺癌组织中为24.27±7.62和35.58±5.84,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论:CD105和CD146在肿瘤血管生成、发生、发展和转移中起重要作用,并可能成为肿瘤预后判断的参考指标。
ORIECTIVE.. To observe the expression of CD105 and CD146 in lung cancer, and approach their clinical valuation in development and prognosis of lung cancer by comparing microvessel density(MVD). METHODS: CD105 and CD146 expression was analyzed in 218 samples of lung cancer by immunohistochemistry technology. RESULTS: CD105 and CD146 expression was 18.75±4.99 and 24.63±4.95 in lung cancer respectively, CD105 and CD106 expression was 8. 62±2.40 and 7.45±2.06 in normal pneum-tissue respectively, and the expression of CD105 and CD146 in lung cancer was higher obviously compared with the normal group, with a statistically significant(P〈0. 01). CD105 and CD146 ex- pression was 13.40~2. 47 and 25. 30--4. 79 in squamous cell carcinoma respectively, 7. 72 + 1.77 and 17. 15 ~ 4. 41 in adenocarcinoma respectively,24.27±7. 62 and 35. 58±5.84 in small cell lung cancer respectively, and there was statistically significant between different groups(P〈0.01). CONCLUSION: CD105 and CD146 play an important role in tumor angiogenesis, occurrence, development and transfer, and may be the reference index of tumor prognosis.
