摘要
介绍了油套管特殊螺纹接头的特点、发展历程以及目前我国油套管特殊螺纹接头的发展情况。分析了油套管特殊螺纹接头密封结构的确定、金属过盈量的控制、螺纹受力分布的优化、螺纹抗粘扣能力的提升以及配套刀量具的设计等关键技术和目前我国油套管特殊螺纹接头研发方面存在的问题。最后,对国内油套管特殊螺纹接头的发展提出了一些建议。
The characteristics,development history and current status of tubing casing premium connection in China domestic were introduced.the key technologies and some problems existed in RD of casing and tubing premium connection were analyzed,such as determining thread seal structure,controlling magnitude of interference,optimizing force distribution,improving anti-galling ability to thread,as well as designing matching tool and gauge etc.Finally,some proposals for developing China domestic casing and tubing premium connection were put forward.
