摘要
目的为牛膝的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。方法查阅国内外公开发表的文献,将牛膝的化学成分及最新的药理作用研究进行综述。结果目前发现牛膝中的活性成分主要为三萜皂苷、甾酮、多糖以及多肽类物质,此外牛膝中还含有有机酸、生物碱、黄酮、甾醇、氨基酸和挥发油等化学成分。牛膝的药理作用早期主要集中在对心血管系统、免疫系统、生殖系统以及其抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛的研究。近年来人们更关注其对骨质疏松、糖尿病、神经生长等方面的积极影响。结论牛膝具有广泛的应用前景,尤其是其对心血管疾病、糖尿病、骨质疏松、肿瘤等现代高发、高危病的作用及其活性成分有必要进行深入系统的研究。
OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for the further study and development of Chinese medicine of Achyranthes bidentata Bl.METHODS Search the literatures having been published outright about Achyranthes bidentata Bl.RESULTS This Chinese medicine contains multiple chemical compositions,including Triterpenoid Saponin,Steroidal Ketone,Polysaccharide,Polypeptide,which have some biological activity.In addition,it also contains Alkaloids,Flavonoids,Iridoid,Organic Acids,Volatile oil and so on.In the early study,it is found that Achyranthes bidentata Bl.has a positive impact on cardiovascular system,immune system,reproductive system,and it has activities of anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory and analgesic etc.Now more and more attention focuses on its activities of osteoporosis,diabetes,and the growth of nerves.CONCLUSION It is necessary to continue to study the herbal deeply and systematically owing to its unknown active compositions and unknown mechanism of pharmacological,especially about high-risk and high frequency diseases in modern society.
