摘要
以郑煤集团裴沟矿32003工作面为研究对象,针对工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,应用了采空区高位钻孔抽放技术。分析了高位钻孔抽放的原理,在理论分析和现场试验相结合的基础上,进行了抽放方法的参数优化。现场试验分析表明:在裴沟矿缓倾斜煤层中,高位钻孔布置在煤层底板以上6.5倍煤厚的高度上最为合理。实践表明,优化后抽放性能得到了改善,矿井安全水平得到了提升。
Taking 32003 working face as research object in Peigou Coal Mine in Zhengzhou Coal Group Company,aiming at the problem of gas overlimited at upper corner,the high-level drillholes of gas drainage technology was applied in goaf.The principle of high-level gas drainage was analysed,based on the combination of theoretical and field experiments,the parameters of drainage method were optimized.The analysis of field test shows that,it is the most reasonable to layout high-level drillholes in the seam of coal thickness more than 6.5 times the height in gently inclined coal seam.In the productive process,the function of drainage system was improved,and the safety level of coal mine was promoted.
