含硫气井新型高效溶硫剂体系的研制及评价 被引量:11

摘要 对溶硫剂二甲基二硫醚(DMDS)、二芳基二硫醚(DADS)进行复配,并加入催化剂PT,得到了去除气井开发中沉积的硫的有效配方。催化剂PT在DMDS-DADS-PT体系中的加量为15%,压力为0.10 MPa,磁力搅拌速率为420 r/min下,25℃时,硫在DMDS-DADS-PT体系中的溶解度为173.6%,溶硫时间为2.52 min;90℃时,硫在DMDS-DADS-PT体系中的溶解度为600.8%,溶硫时间为0.55 min。其性能优于美国SULFA-HITECH溶硫剂和加拿大DMDS-DMF-NaHS溶硫剂。 The dimethyl dissulfide(DMDS) compounded with diarylethenes dissulfide(DADS)and catalyst PT was added to get better sulfur solvent formula,which was effective to elemental sulfur in sulfur gas well.When the dosage of PT in DMDS-DADS-PT was 15%,pressure was 0.10 MPa,stirring speed was 420 r/min,the experiment had the results that when temperature was 25 ℃,the solubility of DMDS-DADS-PT was 173.6%,with time of 2.52 min;when temperature was 90 ℃,the solubility of DMDS-DADS-PT was 600.3%,with time of 0.55 min.The performance of DMDS-DADS-PT was superior to sulfur solvents of SULFA-HITECH from America and DMDS-DMF-NaHS from Canada.
