浅谈粗铣轮廓加工的“排刀”方法

摘要 粗铣轮廓时的"排刀"方法是数控教学难点内容,学生不易理解,实际应用中易出错。结合《数控加工编程与操作》课程的教学实际,对"排刀"方法进行了有益的探索。主要阐述了粗铣安排走刀路线应考虑的问题,分别按型腔和凸台给出了走刀路线的画法、基点坐标的计算方法,并对一个实例进行详细的工艺分析后给出其"排刀"加工的程序。 Tool path arrangement in contours rough milling is difficult content in NC teaching. Students are difficult to understand and prone to make mistake in practical applications. Combining with "CNC Programming and Operation" teaching practice, the " tool path arrangement " approach was studied. The issues that should be considered when arranging tool path in rough milling were discussed. Respectively according to the cavity and boss, the drawing of tool path and the calculation of basic points coordinates were given. Aiming at an example, a detailed process analysis and processing procedures for tool path arrangement were given.
