正弦直纹曲面的几何性质及在泵中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 说明了正弦直纹曲面的形成,建立了其方程,并研究了它的几何性质。推导出正弦泵的瞬时流量、排量计算公式,最后运用Matlab软件对正弦泵的流量特性进行了计算及数值仿真。结果表明:正弦泵的叶轮曲面不是可展曲面,不能用弯折的方法进行成型;正弦泵的瞬时流量及排量随着其叶轮结构参数(R、A和L)的增加而增大,可以通过改变这些参数的取值进行泵的设计以满足实际生产需求;正弦泵没有流量脉动,工作稳定性好,这有利于减小振动和噪声。 The formation of sine-ruled surface was explained,its equation was established and its geometric property was discussed.The mathematical formula for the instaneous flow and amount of discharge of Sine-pump was derived and finally the flow characteristics of Sine-pump was calculated and numerically simulated with Matlab software.The results show that the impeller's surface was not a developable surface and it can't be molded by buckling,the instaneous flow and amount of discharge could increase with the addition of impeller's structure parameters(R,A and L)and the Sine-pump could be designed through changing these parameters to meet the actual production demand,that the Sine-pump can work stablely without flow pulsation was helpful to reducing the vibration and noise.
