摘要
随着我国高等教育规模化的发展,许多高校都出现了多校区运转的办学模式,但在统一的多校区运转中,出现了许多不统一的现象,影响高校和谐校园建设。通过系统动力学的思想,分析高校多校区运作中的主要失衡现象,提出了加强多校区运作的整体性、校园文化的融合性、资源配置的合理性、人力资源管理的和谐性、学生管理的情感性、教学管理的适应性等和谐校园的建构途径,以此来推动高校和谐。
With the formalization of higher education in China,many higher education institutions have employed multi-campus pattern of operation.Nevertheless,disunion in operating pattern has exerted negative impact on the construction of harmonious campus.By means of system dynamics,the paper analyzes the phenomenon of imbalance in the operation of multi-campus and puts forward suggestions on the construction of harmonious campus,such as emphasizing the unity of operation,the fusion of campus culture,the rationality of resource allocation,the harmony of human resource management,the emotionality of student management and the adaptability of teaching management.
