基于模糊熵和AHP的山区公路交通气象安全评价 被引量:14

Assessment of Weather Condition for Traffic Safety of Mountain Highway Based on Fuzzy Entropy and Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘要 通过对山区公路产生小区域性不良天气的诱发因素和容易受不良天气影响的特点进行深入分析,建立了评价指标体系,利用层次分析法得到评价指标的权重系数,运用模糊熵权法对得到的权重系数进行修正,从而确定了指标体系的综合权重向量,由此权重分配困难问题得到了有效解决,在此基础上运用多属性决策分析中的双基点法计算评价路段的综合评判值并进行决策。实例分析结果表明,该方法将模糊熵权法和层次分析法相结合,可以为气象交通安全评价提供合理依据。 By analysis of the inductive factors of regional adverse weather in mountain highway and the road characteristics which triggers traffic accident in adverse weather, the related evaluation index system was established. The AHP method was used to calculate the weight coefficient of evaluation indexes, and then the calculated index weight was modified by fuzzy entropy weight, and the comprehensive weight vector of the index system was defined for weight allocation. The double base points method of multiple attribute decision making analysis was used to analyze the comprehensive evaluation values of road sections and make the decision. The case study results show that the combination of fuzzy entropy weight and AHP can provide a reasonable basis for assessment of traffic safety in the adverse weather.
