声学测温系统在200MW电站锅炉中的应用研究 被引量:21

摘要 为了实现炉膛温度场实时在线监测,在前期单路径声学高温计试验成功的基础上开发了多路径声学测温系统,并首次在国内某电厂的200 MW机组锅炉上进行了安装调试.结果表明:基于相位变换加权的互相关算法,可以有效去除冷态条件下炉膛强混响影响,准确得出声波飞渡时延估计值;经过热态试验验证了该系统的稳定性和可靠性;声学测温系统为传统的高温测量领域提供了新技术,将电站锅炉的燃烧情况可视化,有助于运行人员实时调整燃烧,防止火焰中心偏移,确保锅炉的安全经济运行. In order to achieve real-time online monitoring on temperature field of boiler furnace,a multi-path acoustic temperature measurement system was developed based on a single-path acoustic pyrometer previously developed.The multi-path measurement system was then applied to a domestic 200 MW power boiler for the first time.Results show that,by cross correlation algorithm based on phase transform(PHAT) weighting,the reverberation effect in furnace can be effectively reduced at cold state,and hence more accurate time delay estimation(TDE) obtained for the transmitted time of sound wave.Proved by hot-state tests for its stability and reliability,the multi-path acoustic temperature measurement system,which is able to visualize the combustion condition in boiler furnace,may serve as a new technology for high-temperature measurement,and help to realize real-time combustion adjustment,prevent deviation of flame and subsequently guarantee safe and economic operation of the boiler.
