摘要
本文介绍知名创业型大学斯坦福大学知识产权管理的理念和经验,通过大量数据、图表和案例详述了该校OTL所创立的大学知识产权管理经典模式。本文期望为我国高校特别是理工科高校开展知识产权管理工作提供有益的参考。
By using statistics, charts and cases, this paper introduces the philosophy and operation of Stanford OTL which can be considered as a classical case study for intellectual property management in entrepreneurial universities. It is hoped to provide a useful reference for developing the work in intellectual property management in China＇s higher institutions, especially in China＇s science and engineering universities.
