摘要
随着高职院校"工学结合"人才培养模式改革的不断深化和"高素质技能型"人才培养的深入开展,对高职院校实训指导教师提出了新的要求。通过对实训指导教师队伍的现状进行分析,探讨了如何建立实训指导教师的任职标准,通过实施教师企业经历工程提升实践技能等措施来加强实训指导教师队伍的建设。
Along with the ＂work-study combination＂ talent training mode reform and ＂high-quality skilled＂ talent training thoroughout higher vocational colleges,new requirements for training teachers are put forward.This article discusses how to strengthen practice skill training teachers team construction such as establishing enterprise experience for training teachers to improve practical skills.
