摘要
用作者合成的新显色剂6,6″-二甲基-4′-苯基-2,2′∶6′,2″-三联吡啶(TPY)分光光度法测定痕量银,在pH4.0-5.5的HAc-NaAc介质中,该试剂与银形成稳定络合物,其最大吸收波长在324nm处,Ag(I)∶TPY=3∶2,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.06×104L·(mol·cm)-1,银量在0-0.7mg/L范围内服从比尔定律。该方法灵敏度较高,精密度和准确度较好,用于相纸上与定影液中银的测定,结果满意。
A new colour reaction of Silver with 6,5"-dismethyl-4'-phenyl-2,22:6',2"-terpyridine (TPY) system has been studied by spectrophotometry .In a range of pH 4.0-5.5, Silver seacts with TPY to form a stable somplex with composition ration of 3:2, The molar absorptivity is 4.06×104L·(mol·cm)-1 at 324 nm. Beer's Law is obeyed in the range of 0-0.7mg/L for silver, Precision and accuracy experiments showed that the method was accurate. The method has been applied to determination of silver (I)in photographic paper and fixing bath with satisfactory results.
