摘要
目的:探讨应用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:对46例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗的术中观察及术后随访。结果:采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗46例老年股骨粗隆间骨折,术中操作简单,术后固定可靠,按Harris髋关节功能评分制定疗效评定标准:优36例,良8例,可2例,优良率为95.7%。结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折常合并骨质疏松,使用股骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗,固定稳固,疗效可靠,有利于骨折愈合,并能减少患者长期卧床的并发症,具有良好的临床应用价值,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of internal fixation with proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods：46 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with internal fixation with proximal femoral locking plate received intraoperative observation and postoperative follow-up.Results：The introperative operations were simple and the postoperative fixation was reliable for the 46 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with internal fixation with proximal femoral locking plate.According to the evaluation standards of therapeutic effects developed from Harris hip function score,36 patients were excellent,8 were good and 2 were passable,with the excellent and good rate of 95.7%.Conclusion：Femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients is often complicated by osteoporosis.Internal fixation with proximal femoral locking plate showes stable and solid fixation and reliable therapeutic effects,which is beneficial to fracture healing and reducing the complications of long-term bedridden patients.It has good clinical application value and thereby worthy of clinical promotion and use.
