摘要
目的 观察猪异位肝移植术中血流动力学变化特点。方法 采用同窝猪建立右肝下异位肝移植模型,从右颈浅静脉切开插管,监测心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP) 、心排出量(CO) 、体循环阻力(SVR) 、肺循环阻力(PVR) 、中心静脉压(CVP)、肺动脉楔压(PAWP) 、平均肺动脉压(MPAP) 等血流动力学指标,观察异位肝移植术中血流动力学变化规律。结果 门静脉开放后HR明显升高、MAP下降(P< 0.01) ,CO、SVR、PVR 轻度增加,幅度不大(P>0.05);开放腹主动脉后MAP下降( P< 0.01) ;CVP、PAWP、MPAP等于术中各期均无明显变化。结论 猪异位肝移植术中血流动力学变化的特点是:门静脉开放再灌注后HR 明显升高、MAP下降。
Objective To investigate the properties of hemodynamic changes in pig with heterotopic liver transplantation.Methods Sibling pigs were used,right liver lobe was transplanted in right subhepatic space of recipient to establish the model of heterotopic liver transplantation.Hemodynamic monitoring including HR、MAP、CO、SVR、PVR、CVP、PAWP、MPAP was carried out by catheterizing from right superficial cervical vein.Results HR was increased distinctly after reperfused,while MAP was decreased(P<0.01) and CO、SVR、PVR were increased slightly(P>0.05).CVP、PAWP、MPAP were stable during operation.Conclusion The main characteristics of hemodynamic changes were that HR was increased distinctly and MAP was decreased after reperfusion in herterotopic liver transplantation.
