摘要
卡介菌多糖核酸 (BCG -PSN)是从卡介菌中提取的一种具有免疫调节功能的物质 .经临床应用表明对预防和治疗慢性支气管炎、哮喘、感冒等有较好疗效。本文报道了 3批BCG PSN的试制过程及成都生物制品研究所和中国药品生物制品检定所的检定结果。
BCG Polysacchride nucleic acid(BCG PSN) is an immunomodulators extracted from M.bovie BCG strain.Clinical trial showed good curative effect of it on chronic bronchotis,asthma and cold.The experimental preparation processes and determination results of 3 lots of BCG PSN were reported in this paper.The products prepared by the authors have passed the determination.Now it is ready for a licence of manufacture from Ministry of Public Health.
