摘要
为了研究能量水平对文昌鸡部分生产性能的影响,确定适宜的能量水平,选择600只文昌鸡健康母雏为研究素材,按照能量水平的不同随机分成三组(低能Ⅰ组、中能Ⅱ组和高能Ⅲ组),饲养至300日龄,同时测定了开产日龄、开产体重、开产蛋重、300日龄体重、300日龄蛋重和300日龄产蛋数等6项重要生产性能指标。结果表明,能量水平对这6项生产性能均无显著影响(P>0.05),高能组开产日龄<中能组开产日龄<低能组开产日龄,高能组和低能组300日龄的体重和蛋重均低于中等能组。结论,本次试验设定的三个能量水平对所测定的生产性能无显著影响,且权衡整体性能指标来看,中等能量水平为最适宜能量水平。
In order to study the effect of energy level on partial production performance of Wenchang chicken and find the suitable energy level for Wenchang chicken,six hundred Wenchang chickens （0 weeks old）were randomly divided into 3 groups via energy level：low energy group （group Ⅰ ）,media energy group （group Ⅱ ） and high energy group （group Ⅲ）. These chickens were bred to laying early stage （300 days）,meanwhile,six production performance indices of age at first laying, body weight at first laying, egg weight at first laying,body weight at the age of 300 days, egg weight at the age of 300 days and egg number at the age of 300 days were measured. The results indicated that there was no significant differences among three different energy levels for six production performance indices. For age at first laying of group Ⅲ 〈the same index of group Ⅱ 〈the same index of group Ⅰ. The body weight and egg weight at the age of 300 days of group Ⅱ were both heavier than the two indices in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. In conclusion, among three energy groups any influence of production performance measured in this experiment were not found, media energy level was the most suitable for Wenchang chicken.
