摘要
论文从现状调查和分析入手,提出陕西省信息资源共享中存在的问题,进一步明确提出完善陕西省信息资源共享体系的建议:加强政府主导地位,加大规范信息资源建设力度,适当引入市场机制,构建面向陕西省的信息资源共享体系。
This paper analyzes the current situation, and proposes some measures to solve the major problems existing in the information resources sharing system in Shanxi Province. It holds that the local governments should play their leading role in the project, devote more efforts to standardizing the information resources and building, introduce the market mechanism appropriately, and construct the information resource-sharing system facing Shanxi Province.
