摘要
尤松鑫教授提出慢性病毒性乙型肝炎属于伏暑温病,病因为湿热,病位在少阳胆腑,病机是少阳湿热痰浊留连,并独创性地将蒿芩清胆汤作为慢性肝炎阶段黄疸指数增高的治疗主方,坚持辨证为主,处方灵活,加减精练,药量谨遵古方。文章介绍尤教授验案4则,并随案分析尤教授辨证思路、用方习惯、常用配伍。
YOU Song-xin put forward the pathogenesis of the chronic hepatitis B,which belong to the latent summer-heat and warm disease.He consider the pathogenesis is that accumulating of dampness-heat and lingering of the phlegm and turbidity in the shaoyang and gallbladder.Professor You originally use the Haoqinqingdan decoction as the main formulas for the patient of chronic hepatitis with elevated jaundice index.Meanwhile,professor You think highly of the syndrome differentiation,flexibly and concisely modification and emphasize the dosage of herb coinciding with ancient prescription with caution.The paper discuss the four patient with obvious therapeutic effect and analysis the characteristic of syndrome differentiation,commonly used formulas and compatibility of herbs.
