摘要
综述了高强高韧损伤容限型钛合金TC21的热加工行为研究进展。重点介绍了热加工及热处理工艺参数对TC21钛合金的相组成、显微组织与力学性能、损伤容限性能等方面的影响。指出TC21钛合金在国内某些领域已经得到了应用,但有待进一步研究与开发。
The high strength, high toughness and high damage tolerance titanium alloy--TC21 alloy is summarized. The development process in the hot-working hehaviour of this alloy is introduced. The effects of hot working process and heat treatment parameter on phase content, microstructure and mechanism properties,and damage tolerance property of TC21 alloy are importantly discussed in detail. Meanwhile, It is pointed out that TC21 titanium alloy has been applied in some areas in domestic, but needs further research and development.
