摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术在治疗异位妊娠中的应用。方法对腹腔镜手术治疗的78例异位妊娠病例的手术时机及术式进行分析讨论。结果 78例行腹腔镜手术的异位妊娠患者均无中转开腹,无盆腔脏器损伤及术后出血、血肿形成,无术中并发症发生,术后24小时即可下床活动,进流食,肠功能恢复快,住院时间短,术后切口不明显。结论腹腔镜手术治疗对腹腔干扰少、创伤小、术后恢复快、瘢痕小,可以广泛用于治疗异位妊娠,是目前理想的异位妊娠手术方法。
objective,laparoscopic operation in treatment of ectopic pregnancy in the application.Methods：laparoscopic operation in treatment of 78 cases of ectopic pregnancy operation timing and operative cases were analyzed and discussed.Results：78 cases of ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic operation,including 4 cases of internal bleeding,mild shock patients,all patients had no conversion to open surgery,no pelvic viscera injury and postoperative hemorrhage,hematoma formation,and no intraoperative complications occurred,24 hours postoperatively ambulation,into the liquid,intestinal function recovery rapidly,hospitalization time in short,an average of 5 days,postoperative incision is not obvious.Conclusion：laparoscopic treatment and can be widely used in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy in the abdominal cavity,the less interference,less trauma,faster postoperative recovery,less scar,is an ideal operation method.
