摘要
选取单相功率频谱作为分析对象,通过对单相功率频谱进行EMD分解,准确地提取了fv故障特征量。仿真结果表明,该方法诊断灵敏度高、直观清晰,有效解决了定子电流中故障分量被基波分量淹没的难题,是一种有效的可行方法。
Taking the single-phase power spectrum as the research object,the fault frequency fv is picked up in single-phase power spectrum by using EMD.The simulation results show that this method is highly sensitive and clear,successfully solving the problem of which fault component frequency of motor bearing is too close to basic wave to be separated in stator current.It is feasible to apply in fault diagnosis of motor bearings.
