摘要
新疆煤炭煤电煤化工人才培养基地是自治区已建立的五个职业教育集团之一。成立以来,基地积极探索与创新"工学结合、校企合作"的人才培养模式改革,通过构建模式改革基础平台、探索模式改革主要形式、探求模式改革有效路径,努力构建起"合作共赢、互惠互利"的合作长效机制。
