摘要
毒品检验鉴定是我国禁毒工作中十分重要的一部分,开展毒品检验鉴定工作的目的是为了在涉毒刑事案件中,能够及时、准确地对查获的毒品疑似物进行定性、定量分析,为毒品案件的侦破和审理提供证据支持。程序的规范化能够保证毒品检验鉴定工作的科学性和准确性,在为打击毒品犯罪提供证据支持的同时,维护了国家司法的公正和权威。毒品检验鉴定程序规范化建设需要遵循合法、独立、参与、公开的原则。
Drug Identification is an important part of China＇s drug control work. To process drug identification is aim to do timely qualitative and quantitative analysis on suspected drug for providing evidence to support crimes solved and judgment. Standardization of procedures ensures scientific and accuracy of drug identification action, not only provides evidence support to drug crime, but also secures national judicial ability and credibility. The principle of scientific drug identification action should adhere to the legal, independent, participated and open rules.
