摘要
加氢反应器是炼油工业中的核心设备。Cr-Mo钢因其良好的力学性能而被广泛应用于反应器的制造。实践证明,加氢反应器在375~575℃长时间使用过程中会产生回火脆化。介绍了加氢反应器材料的发展和回火脆性的一些基本概念,并综述了加氢反应器用钢及其焊缝的回火脆性的研究。
Hydrogenation reactor is the core equipment in petroleum industries. Cr-Mo steels are extensively used in hydrogenation reactor due to their good mechanical properties. However it is proved that hydrogenation reactor usually suffers from temper brittlement when exposed to temperature of 375-575℃ for a long time. The development of hydrogenation reactor and temper brittlement is introduced.
