摘要
本文从典型的纤维素纤维棉纤维的结构和酶的活性本质阐述了纤维素酶对纤维素纤维的催化机理；分析了纤维素酶的主要酶学性质和影响酶催化的诸因素。
In this paper. we have interpreted the catalytic mechanism of cellulase according to the structure of cellulose fibre (cotton fibre ) and active characters of enzyme. We have also analysed the main properties of cellulase and some factors interfering with catalytic reaction of enzyme.
