摘要
大学新生入学后面临的一个首要问题就是由环境、学习和生活模式变化带来的一系列适应问题,其中很大一部分适应不良来自对所学专业的不适应,转专业制度为这类问题提供了一个切实可行的解决途径。随着转专业制度在高校的普遍实行,其实际效果也得到了越来越多教育研究者的关注。本文调查了当代大学新生的总体适应状况,并进一步探讨了转专业对其适应情况的影响。结果发现:(1)大学新生总体能够适应大学生活的各个方面,但其学业适应略低于在生活和人际方面的适应,大学新生面临的主要压力来自学业方面;(2)转专业使学生能更好地投入到专业学习中,因而能够提升其学业适应。
How to adapt to college life is a primary problem facing freshmen, much of it coming from incompatible to one＇s major. Major changing policy provide a practical solution to this, and its actual effect has also been widely concerned. This article investigates the general adaptation of freshmen, and discusses the possible impact of major changing policy to it. The results showed that： （1）Overall adaptation of freshmen was generally good, with relatively poor academic adjustment, and the major pressure of college students was from study; （2） transferring to desired major could improve the students＇ academic adjustment, making it easier for them to engage in professional learning.
