摘要
蛋白质组研究对于基因功能的阐释具有极其重要的作用。为了使研究者方便快捷地查询到家蚕蛋白质组数据,以已鉴定的家蚕蛋白质数据为基础,在NetBeans 6.5开发环境中,于Rails 2.2.2编写框架下采用ruby 1.8.6语言,利用MySQL数据库实现对数据储存与调用,构建了家蚕蛋白质数据检索系统(http:∥www.silk2db.org:3000)。该系统不仅收录了已鉴定家蚕蛋白质的基础信息,还收录了试验条件、质谱峰图、肽段检索参数和参考文献等信息。研究者可以根据试验名称、家蚕组织或器官名称、登录号、蛋白质的等电点和分子质量范围等实现对这些蛋白质相关信息的快速查询。该系统数据可为家蚕基因功能研究提供有益信息和重要支撑,并能为家蚕蛋白质组学试验方法的探索与改进提供线索。
Proteomic studies are of great significance in understanding gene functions.In order to provide a convenient and quick access to silkworm（Bombyx mori） proteomic data for researchers,this study constructed a silkworm protein data retrieval system based on the identified silkworm proteins.This system was compiled with ruby 1.8.6 language in Rails 2.2.2 framework under the NetBeans 6.5 software development environment and employed MySQL database to execute data storage and calling.This system not only collected basic information of identified silkworm proteins,but also stored information of experimental conditions,mass spectral images,peptide searching parameters,and related references of the identified proteins.Researchers can have a quick search to related information of these proteins by using keywords describing experimental title,name of silkworm tissue or organ,accession number,range of protein isoelectric point or molecular weight.This system forms an important and useful information basis for functional studies of silkworm genes,and also provides clues for exploring and improving experimental strategies in silkworm proteomic studies.
