夹片钻孔传送机构设计

Design of conveying mechanism for clip drilling

摘要 针对锥形零件(夹片)设计出夹片专用提升斗,通过提升机的工作原理将供料箱中的夹片顺序提升到合适的工作位置。通过计算确定夹片的重心位置,确定两三角皮带之间的间隙及皮带顶面到轮缘的高度,利用夹片外锥的特征进行有效的整列确保钻孔时定位夹紧的合理性。整个装置基于立式钻床本体,结合控制技术进行传送机构设计。解决了夹片钻孔工序自动上下料问题。提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,保证了交货期。 A bucket elevator is designed specially for tapers (clips),which working principle is to lift, the clip as sequence in feeding tank to suitable working position.Through calc ulating, the core position of the clip and the gap between two triangle belts as well as the height from the top of beh to the rim are determined. Then according to the characteristics of the outer cone,effective arraying is carried out to ensure clamping rationality in drilling positioning.The mechanism is based on vertical drilling machine ,which conveying mechanism is designed combining with control technology,which solve auto feeding and unloading in clip drilling process ,improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity as well as ensure the delivery.
