摘要
在高等教育人才培养模式同质化取向和地方高校面临就业压力日渐严峻的大背景下,培养模式改革势在必行。实践证明,借鉴、超越高职,探索适应地方经济发展需要的材料类人才培养机制;搭建以提高实践创新能力培养为主线的实践教学平台;构建以实践创新能力培养为主线的教学新体系和"双师型"师资队伍建设,是"三证"人才培养新模式的主要立足点,是材料类专业特色的人才培养之路。
Under the background of higher education talent training mode homogeneity and local university facing increasingly severe employment pressure, training mode reform is imperative. Practice has proved that exploring cultivation mechanism for talents by adapting to the local economic development on the basis of higher vocational education,building a practice teaching platform to improve practical innovation ability, and constructing a new teaching system and ＂two-qualification＂ teachers team,are the main foothold of ＂3 certificate＂ talents training mode, which the best way for talent cultivation of material professionals.
