摘要
沥青路面层间材料粘结性能的优劣直接关系到路面的整体受力状态,进而影响路面的使用寿命。利用自行研发的多功能剪切仪,对普通沥青、SBS改性沥青和SBS改性乳化沥青这3种常用的粘层材料在不同温度及洒布量条件下的粘结性能进行试验研究,提出以不同温度下的粘结抗剪强度作为评价指标。结果表明:3种材料的粘结抗剪强度均随着温度的升高而减小,但随温度的变化规律有所不同;相比而言,在较低洒布量时,SBS改性乳化沥青表现出更优异的粘结性能,且最佳洒布量为0.5~0.7kg/m2。
Adhesion performance of the materials between asphalt pavement is directly related to the stress of the asphalt pavement,which affects the road life.The hot bitumen,SBS modified bitumen,SBS modified emulsified bitumen are selected to test the adhesion under different temperatures and the spread quantity.The shear strengthen in different temperatures is considered as the assessment indicator.The results show that the shear strengthen of the three kinds of materials will increase with the temperature down,but the changing laws of the three materials with temperature are different,in low quantity of spreading,the modified emulsified bitumen of SBS is better in adhesion performance,and the best spreading is from 0.5 kg/m2 to 0.7 kg/m2.
