摘要
目的对甲亢合并2型糖尿病患者的护理进行要点分析。方法 29例甲亢合并2型糖尿病的患者在治疗的同时进行心理、饮食、药物等方面进行合理的护理。结果 29例患者均无低血糖反应、高渗性昏迷、甲亢危象等并发症发生。结论合理的护理是配合甲亢合并2型糖尿病患者治疗的关键。
Objective To study the care＇s point analysis for the patients with hyperthyroidism plus type 2 diabetes.Methods Twenty-nine patients with hyperthyroidism plus type 2 diabetes were cared with psycological,meal and drugs.Results There were not low blood suger reation,hyperosmolar coma and thyroid crisis and so on.Conclusions It is important for the patients with hyperthyroidism plus type 2 diabetes with reasonable care.
