熊去氧胆酸联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的观察熊去氧胆酸联合奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年1月—2010年12月收治的96例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组48例,使用奥美拉唑、莫沙必利、熊去氧胆酸联合治疗4周;对照组48例,使用奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗4周,分别观察2组的临床症状及胃镜征象的变化,比较治疗效果。结果治疗组临床症状及胃镜征象均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用熊去氧胆酸联合奥美拉唑、莫沙必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎有较好的疗效。
