摘要
国内外学术界对科技领军人才概念的解释不尽相同,如何界定这一概念,既有理论意义,也有实践上的必要。自主创新不能排斥人才引进,尤其是对科技领军人才的引进,他们是全球最稀缺的宝贵资源,是我国经济转型,产业升级的助推器。我们应该高度重视,积极推进这一关乎中华民族迅速崛起的大业。
Domestic and foreign academic interpretation of the concept of leading scientists differs widely.How to define this concept is of significance in theoretical and practical aspects.Innovation can not exclude the introduction of talents,especially leading scientists.As we know,they are the world＇s most valuable resource,at the same time,they are the booster for China＇s economic restructuring and industrial upgrading.We should attach great importance to and actively promote the cause of talents introduction.
