血必净注射液对慢性肺心病急性发作患者血栓前状态的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察血必净注射液对慢性肺心病心衰患者血栓前状态标志物P-选择素、D-二聚体、vWF的影响。方法将75例慢性肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组(38例)和对照组(37例)。对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在接受常规治疗的同时给予血必净注射液100ml静脉滴注,2次/d,10d为一个疗程。比较两组患者治疗后的疗效;对比两组患者治疗前后血浆P-选择素、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)和D-二聚体水平的变化。结果治疗组和对照组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组血浆P-选择素、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和D-二聚体水平自身前后比较及与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液流变学各项指标治疗后较治疗前改善明显(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液能明显改善慢性心衰临床总有效率及对患者的凝血功能有保护作用,在慢性心衰的治疗过程中起重要辅助治疗作用,在肺心病血栓前状态的防治中有积极的意义和广阔的应用前景。 Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing injection on the markers of prothrombotic state (P-selectin, D-dimer and vWF) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease (CPHD). Methods Seventy-five patients with CPHD were divided into two groups randomly: the study group (n=38) and the control group (n=37). Patients in the control group received routine treatment, while those in the study group were treated additionally by intravenous injection of 100 mL Xuebijing based on routine treatment, 2 times per day, 10 days for a treatment. The therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups after treatment. The level of P-selee- tin, D-dimer and vWF were determined before and after treatment: Results The therapeutic effects in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The levels of P-selectin and D-dimer and vWF decreased significantly after treatment compared to that before treatment, which showed significant difference with that in the control group (P〈0.05). Hemorheology parameters decreased significantly in the study group after treat- ment, which showed significant difference with that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection could significantly improve the total effective rate and protect the coagulation function in patients with CPHD, which plays important roles in adjuvant therapy.
