摘要
用热失重法研究了有机硅改性酚醛树脂的热稳定性和烧蚀成碳率。结果表明 ,各种因素的影响程度依次为甲醛补加量 ,苯酚 /甲醛比值及有机硅用量。用动态力学性能分析仪考察了树脂的固化条件。改进后的酚醛树脂在氮气中 82 0℃的烧蚀成碳率可超过 70 %。
The phenolic resin with excellent mechanic properties, thermal stability and burning carbonization at high temperature was used for the burning resin. For improving the heat resistance and burning carbonization of phenolic resin, in this paper, the linear phenolic resin was grafted with organosilicon oligomer, then transformed into thermosetting resin in the presence of the alkalinous catalyst. The thermal stability and burning carbonization of organosilicon phenolie resin were studied by TG analysis. The curing condition of the resin was determined by the torsional braid analysis. The result shows the remainder weight of the modified resin on TG analysis in nitrogen at 820 ℃ is higher than 70%.
