摘要
本文从信息、情报的各自性质与特点，获取的手段及其之间的关系上谈信息与情报的界定问题。并就目前对信息与情报间产生误区的原因进行了分析和探讨。提议将从信息中提炼出来的有价值的那一部分信息，称之为“信息情报”。同时希望同行准确使用信息、情报术语，以利于学科的健康发展。
This article discusses the characteristies of information &intelligence,the various waysto obtain them, the relations and differences between them. We analyse and research the reasonswhy the people misunderstand the information and intelligence. It suggests that we should manethe valuable part selected from the information 'Infotelligence'' Meanwhile, we suggest that thepeople of the same trade or occupation make right terms of imformation and intelligence.
