摘要
涂层/喷涂印花面料大都应用在休闲服或运动服装上,但目前欠缺对该类服装印花部分的国家标准和产品标准,由此造成的质量投诉问题屡屡发生。针对这种情况,从耐洗涤牢度、耐揉搓性能、常温和低温的耐折牢度、抗粘连性、耐碱液水解牢度、耐磨损牢度6个方面检测和评价了涂层/喷涂印花图案服装的质量。
Coated and spray printed fabrics are very popular in market and mostly used in casual and sports garments. But there are lack of national and product standards for the printing parts of these garments, which caused a lot of quality complains. Under this circumstance, the resistance to washing fastness, rub-resistance properties, folding fastness under room temperature and low temperature, anti-adhesive, liquid alkali hydrolysis fastness, abrasion fastness are used to test and evaluate the quality of the coated or spray printed garment. And these 6 areas test can provide the quality control references for clothes enterprise or testing organizations.
