摘要
文章研究了固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用技术测定环境水体中的11种三嗪类除草剂的方法。选择了以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)/二乙烯苯(DVB)和聚丙烯(PA)作为涂层材料的两种不同固相微萃取纤维对11种除草剂的萃取能力进行比较,PDMS/DVB萃取效果较好。为了提高萃取效果,分别从pH、解吸温度、萃取时间、盐效应等方面优化了萃取条件。11种三嗪类除草剂在0.2~20μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.992 2;最低检测限为0.011~0.095μg/L,加标回收率为76.1%~116%,相对标准偏差为5.16%~10.1%。用该方法可实现对环境水体中痕量三嗪类除草剂的检测。
An analytic method was developed for determination microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry of triazine herbicides in water based on solid phase (GC/MS). The extraction ability of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)/divinylbenzene (DVB) and polyacrylate (PA) for triazine herbicides was compared, and PDMS/DVB was suitable for 11 selected triazine herbicides. To enhance the sensitivity of SPME, some important parameters such as pH, desorption temperature, extraction time and salt effect which affect on adsorption and desorption steps were optimized. Linear correlation coefficients of 11 herbicides were higher than 0.992 2 in the range of 0.2 to 20 μg/L. The limits of quantification of the method were 0.011-0.095 μg/L for compounds average recoveries of herbicides from spiked samples ranged from 76.1% to 116% and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were between 5.16% and 10.1%, The method is suitable for the simultaneous determination of a wide range of triazine herbicides in environmental water
