悬浮磁化焙烧金矿尾矿试验研究

摘要 对潼关金矿粒级为30~180μm的尾矿进行了悬浮磁化焙烧试验研究。试验首先分析了尾矿不同粒级的铁含量;主要研究了焙烧气氛、焙烧时间和焙烧温度对焙烧产物物相组成的影响。试验结果发现:不同粒级的尾矿中铁分布基本相同;在焙烧时间和焙烧气氛相同时,焙烧温度越高,越易达到最佳焙烧效果;随焙烧时间延长,焙烧效果先好后差;随着焙烧气氛中CO含量的增加,焙烧尾矿的还原效果越好。 In this study,we made investigation on Tongguan gold tailings with particle size of 30-180 μm by suspension roasting.The iron contents within different particle sizes of the gold tailing were analyzed first.Subsequently,the effects of atmosphere,time and temperature of roasting on the phase compositions of the roasting product were studied intensively.The results reveal that the iron contents within different particle sizes vary little.When the roasting time and atmosphere are fixed,the higher the roasting temperature is,the better roasting results are obtained.The roasting results initially turn out to be better but worse later with the roasting time increasing.Moreover,the experimental results indicate that the better reduction effect is achieved with increasing CO contents in roasting atmosphere.
