摘要
目的通过生物反馈盆底肌肉训练治疗女性压力性尿失禁,寻找轻中度压力性尿失禁较好的非手术治疗方法。方法我院2009年10月—2011年6月共收治47例女性尿失禁患者,治疗前诊断为压力性尿失禁,平均年龄46岁(35～64岁),29例轻度,18例为中度,随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用MMS solar生物反馈盆底肌肉训练系统,对照组给予单纯盆底肌肉锻练,疗程12周,每周2次,每次30min。通过尿垫试验,病史问卷,尿流动力学及盆底肌肉肌电测量评价效果。结果 47例患者均完成研究:治疗组及对照组的研究指标包括尿垫试验,病史问卷,盆底肌肉肌电测量值及尿流动力学检查较治疗前均有改善,而治疗组较对照组改善更为明显,尿失禁症状改善在治疗的第四至八周出现。结论生物反馈盆底肌肉训练结合尿流动力学分析等评估方法对于治疗女性轻中度压力性尿失禁,较之传统的盆底肌肉锻炼更为有效,是安全、有效的非手术治疗方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of biofeedback pelvic floor training for stress urinary incontinence（SUI） in women,and find the better non-operation treatment for SUI.Methods From October 2009 to June 2011,47 female patients with urinary incontinence were underwent non-operation treatment,all of them were diagnose as SUI before the treatment,the mean age was 46（35-64）year,randomly divided into training group and editorial control group.The training group was treated by the MMS solar biofeedback instrument,the control group was treated by the simple pelvic floor muscle training.The overall course time was 12 weeks,twice per week,30 minutes per time.The curative effect was evaluated by the urine test evaluation,symptoms release,the pelvic electromyography and urodynamic analysis.Results All of 47 patients with completed treatment： Both of training group and editorial control group had improved in urine test evaluation,symptoms release,the pelvic electromyography and urodynamic analysis.Compared to the control group,the training group had more greatly improvement.The improvement of the symptom for SUI begin from 4～8 weeks.Conclusion Biofeedback pelvic floor training with urodynamic is a safe and effective treatment which is worth put into the clinical practice,and it is better than the simple pelvic floor muscle training in the therapy of female SUI.
