摘要
介绍了一种利用通用有限元软件ANSYS求解圆柱螺旋弹簧刚度的计算方法。运用在Pro/E中建立的弹簧实体模型,通过Pro/E和ANSYS的转换接口,将弹簧实体模型导入ANSYS中得到了相应的有限元分析模型,对圆柱螺旋弹簧的刚度(垂直刚度、横向刚度、弯曲刚度)进行了有限元分析计算,得到了弹簧的刚度特性,并与理论分析计算结果进行了对比。研究表明,有限元分析方法能更准确和快速的得到圆柱螺旋弹簧各方向的刚度特性,为其精确设计和计算提供了可靠的理论依据和方法。
A Finite Element Analysis method of analyzing the rigidity of cylinder helix spring is introduced in this paper. The FEA model can be obtained by importing the Pro/E model to ANSYS with Pro/E ANSYS interface. The rigidities, including vertical, transverse and bending ones, of helix spring are achieved by FEM It is an accurate and quick method to get the rigidities of cylinder helix spring by FEM, which can be a reliable method in spring design and calculation.
