摘要
目的:建立了以通关藤苷D为对照,采用比色法测定通关藤中总皂苷含量的方法,比较了不同产地通关藤药材中总皂苷的含量,为通关藤药材的质量控制提供依据。方法:以通关藤苷D作为对照品,采用香草醛-高氯酸法显色,在462nm处测定通关藤中总皂苷的含量,并对其方法学进行系统考察。结果:本品在16.08μg~160.8μg范围内吸光度与含量成良好的线性关系,r=0.9993(n=5),重复性良好,回收率RSD小于3%(n=6)。结论:此方法稳定可靠、重复性好,可控制药材质量,且其4个不同产地通关藤中云南的总皂苷含量为最高,这与云南为通关藤地道药材相一致。
Objective: Established by tenacissoside D as reference, colorimetry the method for determination of total saponins from Marsdenia tenacissima. Method: Used Tenacissoside D as reference and mixture of vaniltin perchloric acid was used as color - producing. Contents of steroidal glycosides were determined by UV . The absorbance was measured at 462 nm. And the measurement was investigated systematically. Result: There is a good linearity (r = 0. 9993 n = 5 ) within the range of 16. 080p^g - 160. 8 pLg. The recoveries of tenacissoside - D with RSD less than 3% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The results showed that the method is stability, and the repeatability is good. It may be used for controlling the quality of the medicinal materials. Of Marsdenia tenacissima form four dif- ferent habitats, that from Yunnan contains most steroidal glycosides.
