摘要
目的:分析平均乘积法、单一区域二维乘积法预测羊水过少的价值。方法:平均乘积法、单一区域二维乘积法两种方法测量羊水,实际羊水量少于300ml确诊为羊水过少,绘制受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线,比较ROC曲线下面积。结果:平均乘积法预测羊水过少敏感性(82.7%/70.4%)和特异性(74.5%/65.7%)均高于单一区域乘积法(P<0.01)。结论:平均乘积法预测羊水过少优于单一区域二维乘积法,绘制ROC曲线是确定试验临界值和评价试验效果的有效方法。
Objective:To analyze the values of mean product method and two-dimension product method of single region in prediction of oligohydramnios. Methods:Mean product method and two-dimension product method of single region were used to measure the volume of amniotic fluid,the actual volume of amniotic fluid less than 300 ml was diagnosed as oligohydramnios definitely,the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve was drew,and the areas under ROC curve were compared. Results:The sensitivity and specificity of mean product method in prediction of oligohydramnios were 82.7% and 74.5%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of two-dimension product method of single region(70.4% and 65.7%)(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Mean product method is better than two-dimension product method of single region in prediction of oligohydramnios,drawing ROC curve is an effective way to confirm experimental threshold value and evaluate the efficacy.
