摘要 为预防调试时交流220V经地检设备串入航天相机而引起损坏,采用铅酸蓄电池对地检设备供电,设计了航天相机地检设备的电源管理系统.介绍了铅酸蓄电池和DC-DC转换电路的特点并对电源管理系统的硬软件进行了设计.采用4个阶段快速充电法以满足提高蓄电池寿命和快速充电要求;采用DC-DC降压电路产生输出电压以提高蓄电池能量的利用率;通过对蓄电池充放电过程中电压、电流、充放安时累计及温度进行自动检测,可严格控制充放电过程并实时处理.结果表明:该航天相机地检设备的电源管理系统有效地实现了与交流220V的隔离,节约了充电时间,延长了使用寿命,降低了能耗.具有可靠性高、智能性强的特点,具有较强的实用价值和保护报警功能. To prevent 220 V AC debugging string through to check equipment damage caused by the camera into the space,the use of lead-acid battery powered equipment on the ground inspection,the design of the space camera to check the device's power management system.Introduced lead-acid batteries and DC-DC converter and power management features of the hardware and software systems were designed,using four-stage charging method to meet the rapid increase battery life and fast charging requirements;DC-DC step-down circuit used to generate battery output voltage to increase energy efficiency;through the battery charge and discharge process the voltage,current,charge and discharge safety when the temperature automatically detect the cumulative and can strictly control the discharge process and real-time processing.The results show that the space camera to check the device's power management system and effective implementation of the isolation of 220 V AC,saving the charging time,longer life,lower power consumption,high reliability,smart and strong features,more strong practical value and protection alarm functions.
